Financial Interactive Web Development:
The following batch of projects were developed by Financial Interactive, Inc., a company co-founded by Jack Boeger in 1998. Our clients were mostly large Hedge Fund and Private Equity firms, and also included Brokers, Advisors, and two high profile Hedge Fund portals.
Our exceptional web team - under Jack's direction - built highly customized web sites and integrated our "web modules" with FI's CRM software, subsequently re-setting the bar in communications for the fund management industry.
FI was acquired by SS&C, a public company, in the spring of 2005. |

This site is a full implementation of FundRunner WebTM.

This was FI’s first major customer in 1998, while FI was still a 3-person shop. Bowman at that time was one of the world’s largest Hedge Fund and Venture Capital firms.
They had been trying to launch for 8 months. We turned them around in 6 weeks, and they used FI ever after – for Web and CRM.
The most recent incarnation (the 3rd) sets a new standard for fund reporting “transparency” in the Hedge Fund world. Our work with them helped mold FI’s FundRunnerTM and CRM products.

Old Projects 1995 - 1998:
Boeger Communications began as a one-person shop in Hood River, Oregon in 1995. In 1997, BC transplanted to San Francisco and morphed into Financial Interactive. Boeger Communications re-instigated independence in 2001.
Boeger Communications has always specialized in creating identity and meaningful experience out of thin air. Designs are built to last, and many stand elegantly for years. We consider ours the “Craftsman” style of interactive design.

Co-created a popular entertainment and "underground" web guide in 1996. HoleWorld provides an engaging and otherworldly experience, as our WebTrends reports tell us the average user spends than 6-10 minutes per visit. Amazingly, traffic keeps increasing even though we've barely touched it in 8 years.
Holeworld set out to showcase the new web medium as an intriguing experience rather than rehash of existing media. We utilized HoleWorld as a sales tool and entertained the masses!

In 1996, produced a flexible and scalable web interface for the premiere ISP in the Columbia River Gorge region.
This design successfully illustrates the beautiful aesthetics of the surrounding area and can be easily expanded and maintained by non-creative network administrators, which has occurred consistently since 1996.
Gorge.net has since fought off many incursions by outsiders (with deeper pockets) into the region, and is still the dominant ISP in the entire region. But they recently overhauled the design.
